Chaupal has emerged as the whole and sole stop for the regional content of Punjabi, Haryanvi, and Bhojpuri. The platform is determined to provide as much content for the subscribers, and it has a new addition to it in the form of Nidarr. Starring Raghav Rishi in the lead role, the Punjabi film was released in theaters in 2023. Directed by Mandeep Singh Chahal and written by Marukh Mirza Beig. Bollywood actor Mukesh Rishi produced Nidarr under the Geri Route Films banner.
Made as an action drama, Nidarr will be released on OTT on September 12 on Chaupal. The film stars Vikramjeet Virk, Raghav, Kumar, Mukesh Rishi, Sardar Sohi, Shivendra Mahal, Mahabir Bhullr, and Vindu Dara Singh, Mintoo Kapa, Satwant Kaur, Malket Rauni, Deep Mandeep, Rose J. Kaur, Param, Raajan Modi, Simmerpal Singh, and Arsh Sohal in crucial roles.
Nidarr is about a father who unwantingly sends his son on a dangerous mission. Though he loves his son very much, he tells him to go on a path that can lead to dangerous and fatal circumstances. The son also accepts the mission despite knowing the danger it has due to his love for his father. Mukesh Rishi, the renowned actor, introduced his son, Raghav Rishi, with Nidarr. It was also the biggest action film in the Punjabi industry.
