Committee Kurrollu OTT Release: The Village Drama gets a good start on its digital release

Committee Kurrollu, the village drama backed by Niharika Konidela, is one of the successful films of the Telugu film industry this year. Released as a small film with decent promotions, the film got good response from audiences and critics and went on to become a blockbuster at the box office. Now, the film’s success is not only limited to theaters, as it also started to score well on OTT.

ETV Win, the Telugu digital platform, bought the digital rights to this village drama, and it has already achieved good success. Reportedly, after three days of its OTT release, Committee Kurrollu has almost clocked 50 million streaming minutes. This is an exceptional start, and the film is expected to achieve a higher number of streaming minutes going forward. Interestingly, the inside sources confirm that the ETV Win subscriptions saw a rise after the OTT arrival of Committee Kurrollu.

Debutant director Yadhu Vamsi made the film with newcomers as the leads. Sandeep Saroj, Yaswanth Pendyala, Eshwar Rachiraju, Trinadh Varma, Prasad Behara, Manikanta Parasu, Lokesh Kumar Parimi, Shyam Kalyan, Raghuvaran, Shiva Kumar Matta, Akshay Srinivas, Raadhya, Tejaswi Rao, Teena Sravya, Vishika, and Shanmukhi Nagumanthri played the crucial roles in the film. Along with the above-mentioned newcomers, Sai Kumar and Goparaju Ramana have also played crucial roles. The film is backed by Niharika Konidela and produced by her mother Padmaja Konidela and Jayalakshmi. Anudeep Dev composed the film’s music.
