Stree 2 is continuing its excellent run at the box office. Released on August 15th, this horror comedy is on a record spree, and it is not going to slow down soon. On its eighth day, Stree 2 gathered an. impressive 18 Crore net, which takes its total at the domestic box office to 307 Crores.
On the eighth day Stree 2 saw 27.62% occupancy. The Delhi — NCR region had the highest effect, with 1330 shows and over 32 percent occupancy while Mumbai had 28.75 percent occupancy with over 1180 shows. Collecting 18 Crores on Thursday is a superb achievement for Stree 2, and it shows that the film will have an exceptional second weekend at the ticket windows.
Stree 2 has already crossed the lifetime numbers of Kalki 2898 AD’s Hindi version, and the trade experts expect it to join the 400-450 Cr club in its full run. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 also stars Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi in crucial roles alongside Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under the Maddock Films banner.
