State government advisor and ruling YSR Congress general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy on Thursday blamed the yellow media for spreading false news about the health of TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu.
Referring to the medical reports submitted by Naidu’s advocates to the Andhra Pradesh high court, Sajjala wondered whether the reports were prepared by doctors or the politicians. He blamed the doctors for saying that Naidu would require medical tests. One wonders why the doctors are not giving Naidu treatment that he required and why are they only recommending it, Sajjala asked.
He blamed the police for recommending an ambulance to follow Chandrababu Naidu. “Why would anyone require an ambulance? If anyone requires ambulance it is only to take the person to the hospital,” Sajjala said.
He also questioned the doctors who recommended that Chandrababu Naidu requires to undergo tests for cancer. He alleged that these reports were prepared by some doctors on the advice of the politicians and advocates.
He also alleged that the TDP leaders and the yellow media were trying to create sympathy among the people on the health of Chandrababu Naidu. He said that the same people have campaigned about the deteriorating health of Chandrababu Naidu when he was in the jail. Now, they were speaking about the same while Naidu is on bail.
Sajjala further said that the ruling YSR Congress has nothing to do with whether Naidu is in jail or on bail. The case was filed, and the matter is now left for the judiciary. He said the investigation into the case too is in progress and facts will come out soon.
