EC infected with Naidu virus, says Sajjala

YSR Congress general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy on Tuesday said that the election commission is suffering from a virus called Chandrababu Naidu. He said that the Election commission was taking the side of the TDP and all the decisions were in its favour.Speaking to media persons at the party’s headquarters, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy wondered how the video of Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy came out from the polling station. He wondered why no such videos of the TDP leaders have come out. He said that the TDP leaders too have resorted to several violence incidents across the state, but no video of them is being circulated in the social media.

He said that the election commission was expected to play referee role and be impartial. However, it was not like the referee but took the side of the TDP. The approach of the election commission changed after the TDP formed the alliance, he said.Sajjala alleged that the TDP and the yellow media have been creating continued misinformation with Macherla as the central point. The yellow media was ahead in spreading false information to the people from Macherla, he alleged.

He also wondered why the TDP was not asking for repolling if it suspected some disturbance in Macherla or any other place. Even people were not asking for repolling anywhere in the state, he said. He asserted that this election was peaceful except the uproar being created by the TDP and the yellow media.Ramakrishna Reddy alleged that the TDP and the yellow media were trying to get the chief secretary transferred on baseless allegations. They were going beyond the accepted lines to accuse the chief secretary, he alleged.Sajjala said that the TDP had been campaigning that the postal ballots were in its favour. He wondered why such a campaign when the votes are already cast and sealed in the boxes.
