Remember former Andhra Pradesh State Election Commissioner, Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar? The man who fought against the state government for his position. He had even written letters to the Central government against chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, while serving as the state election commissioner.
The man accused Jagan Mohan Reddy of being criminal and he fought with the government more than the political opponents. He retired and is residing in Hyderabad.
He fought for three years to get his vote in his village, Yadlapadu, in Guntur district. With that he started new avatar to fight against the Jagan Mohan Reddy government. He formed an organised called Citizens for Democracy and had become its general secretary.
Ahead of the 2024 general elections, he is now touring the state to create some nuisance for the state government. With TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in the jail, Ramesh Kumar is taking up his role and making allegations against the state government.
One can easily understand his intentions in floating the organisation. He is allegedly being funded by the TDP chief for all his activities. He is now going around the state and making allegations against the state government on voters list.
He is making allegations against the IPAC and the Ram Info for tampering with the voters list in the state. He also alleged that the IPAC was giving the names of active leaders from the opposition parties to the police who were in return filing false cases against them.
The IPAC and the state police were threatening the activists, Ramesh Kumar alleged indirectly targeting the state government. It looks like Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, by virtue of his caste, will try to help the TDP in the days to come. It is to be seen what sort of allegations he would make against the Jagan Mohan Reddy government is to be seen!
