Telangana chief minister designate A Revanth Reddy had completely ignored Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. He did not send invitation to the Jana Sena chief for his oath taking ceremony today in the Lal Bahadur Stadium in Hyderabad.
Revanth Reddy had sent invitations to Tamil Nadu chief minister M K Stalin, Karnataka chief minister Siddharamaiah, deputy chief minister D K Siva Kumar, Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and Telangana and Andhra Pradesh former chief ministers K Chandrasekhar Rao and N Chandrababu Naidu.
He had also sent invitations to Congress president Mallikharjuna Kharge, former AICC presidents Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for the event. Besides these leaders, Revanth Reddy also sent invitations to several film personalities for his oath taking ceremony.
But he did not consider Pawan Kalyan either in the political invitees list or the film personalities list. The Jana Sena chief had contested in 8 Assembly seats in Telangana in alliance with the BJP.
His Jana Sena lost deposits in all 8 Assembly seats.
He claimed big in the election campaign and challenged the ruling BRS and the opposition Congress that his party would emerge victorious in the elections. However, he lost the deposits and had no word to say after the results were out.
Now Pawan Kalyan is planning to contest the Andhra Pradesh elections in alliance with the TDP. He also met TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in Hyderabad a couple of days ago and held talks with him on the alliance. He pledged to defeat the ruling YSR Congress in Andhra Pradesh. He said he would not allow the YSR Congress win the elections.
While being so big and making so strong political statements, he remains ignored by the politicians. Revanth Reddy did not consider Pawan Kalyan as a politician. He did not even consider him as a film personality.
What a pity, Mr Pawan Kalyan!?
