Tentatively titled “Peddi,” the film had its launch a while ago with Jaahnvi Kapoor on board for the female lead. However, Charan’s commitment to “Game Changer” necessitated that director Buchi Babu wait for his availability.
Now that Ram Charan is free from his “Game Changer” obligations, sources disclose that he is undergoing a transformation for his character in “Peddi,” which demands a long beard. Once his look is finalized, the shoot is set to commence in September. Charan’s last appearance in a rustic look with a long beard was in Sukumar’s film “Rangasthalam,” which was well-received by audiences and critics alike.
