Loki living beyond expectations

Loki the famous Marvel Character is the 3rd installment in the phase four of Marvel TV shows in the cinematic universe. Season 1 episode 1 premiered on June 9th 2021 in Disney+ Hotstar and its last episode was aired on July 14th 2021. The season had 6 episodes which opened a route to the sequel at the end. Loki also turned out as the most loved character from Marvel Studios ever since its standalone TV show was out. Marvel fans who were eagerly waiting for season 2 finally got the answer. Season 2 was released as the 2nd installment in phase five. Its 1st episode premiered on October 5th 2023 with a rocking start and it came to end with the last episode premiering on Nov 9th 2023. It’s a mini series containing 6 episodes with a run time of around 50 min each.

Season 1 ended with the execution of ‘The one who remains’ but that was not the end. Its story has just begun from where it all ended and the way the makers presented it in a short TV mini series with season 2 was just amazing. Each episode from the show felt like a gem and had an ending with perfect justification for glorious purpose. While the introduction of Time Variance Authority in season 1 was promising, Loki being part of it indeed helped the importance of its character in Marvel Studios. Loki Season 2 started on a solid note with a terrific concept of ‘Time slip in Time Variance Authority’. Getting control of the time slip by breaking the loom and giving life to the branches indicates that Loki is God and the way the makers went ahead to justify that through their presentation was impeccable. Coming to the VFX part, It really looked like we were having cinematic experience. That last shot where Loki held the tree by taking the throne under the branch was just marvelous. We feel like the series has come to an end very soon. Sad part of it is we might probably not get season 3 as the story of Loki ends here but the good thing is that he is now a prime member of Avengers.

These days Marvel Studios are concentrating more on TV shows rather than movies. Out of all the shows that were released in the cinematic universe Moon Knight, Wanda Vision and Ms Marvel stands out but the master of all the shows is Loki and there is no denying that. Sit back, Grab a popcorn and enjoy this wonderful show on your screens. Only on Disney+ Hotstar.
