Karma Strikes: Hari Teja’s Flips and Personal Target on Yashmi Backfires

Hari Teja, who was part of Bigg Boss Season 1, has entered the 8th season as a wild card entrant. Even before entering the house, she stated that “Yashmi and I might face problems in the house,” and, staying true to her words, she has been targeting Yashmi whenever the opportunity arises. This became particularly evident in today’s nominations.

When it was Hari Teja’s turn to nominate, after listening to the contestants’ conclusions, she chose to nominate Yashmi over Tasty Teja, justifying her decision with the word “friendship.” Although Yashmi has performed consistently well throughout the week — a fact even acknowledged by host Nagarjuna — Hari still opted to nominate her, despite most of the house being against Tasty Teja.

During her first nominations in the house, Hari accused Yashmi of playing a “group game” and used the term “groupism” against her. She claimed to have reached that conclusion after watching five weeks of gameplay before her entry. However, after joining the house, Hari contradicted herself by saying she only watched “bits and pieces” of the show and even nominated Avinash based on Prithvi’s opinions.

If Hari Teja only watched the show in fragments, she would have missed Yashmi’s clear statement in Week 1 that she wasn’t aligned with Prerna. So, it raises the question — how could she accuse Yashmi of “groupism”? This week’s nomination from Hari Teja seemed more like a personal vendetta against Yashmi.

Ironically, karma seems to have caught up with Hari, as her own allies have now turned against her, resulting in her being nominated. Her inconsistent strategy has come at a significant cost, and it remains to be seen if she can adjust her gameplay moving forward.
