Several Jana Sena leaders are fuming at party chief Pawan Kalyan for giving up some seats which were originally allocated to the party. The Jana Sena had given up three Assembly seats and one Parliament seat to the BJP during the talks among the leaders of the three parties on Tuesday.
The TDP had initially given 24 Assembly and 3 Parliament seats to the Jana Sena. However, on Tuesday, the TDP had reduced the Jana Sena seats to 21 and 2 respectively. These seats were given to the BJP in alliance.
The Jana Sena leaders are not happy with Pawan Kalyan for giving the seats from his share. They feel that Pawan Kalyan should have insisted upon the TDP to give the seats to the BJP from its own share instead of taking them from the Jana Sena pocket.
The Jana Sena leaders are also not happy with Pawan Kalyan for giving tickets to the TDP leaders, who are joining the party. The party leaders are not happy with Pawan for giving the Bhimavaram Assembly seat to Pulaparthy Ramanjaneyulu (Anji Babu) and Narasapuram seat to Kothapalli Subbarayudu. They are also up in arms against Pawan Kalyan for confirming the party ticket to Ganta Narahari at Tirupati.
The TDP leaders are slowly joining the Jana Sena ahead of the elections aspiring to contest on the party ticket. If they win the election, they will go back to the TDP, the Jana Sena leaders feel. They also see a big conspiracy by TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in sending his party leaders to the Jana Sena and getting tickets confirmed for them.
The Jana Sena leaders say that Chandrababu Naidu is a master in politics, and would even promote rebel candidates wherever the Jana Sena is contesting. They tried to caution Pawan Kalyan about the traits of Chandrababu Naidu and felt that Pawan Kalyan should be careful on this count.
