Mangalavaram is an upcoming Telugu psychological thriller film directed by Ajay Bhupathi. It features Payal Rajput along with Nandita Shweta , Ajay Ghosh , Ajmal and Divya Pillai in important roles. Produced by Swati – Suresh Varma. B Ajanish Loknath is the music composer. Director Ajay Bhupathi started his career with a bang by providing a surprise hit through RX 100 with Karthikeya Gummakonda and Payal Rajput as lead pair. RX 100 is the most talked about film especially for its bold content where the lead actress characterisation turned out to be as the antagonist. After the failure of Mahasamudram which marked as the 2nd film for Ajay Bhupathi is now reuniting with Payal Rajput to test his luck at the box office through Mangalavaram.
Mangalavaram is slated to release on Nov 17th 2023. The film is carrying good buzz for its promotional activities. Its trailer cut has received some decent amount of applause from Netizens. Going by the cut it seems to be like another bold content is coming up from the director Ajay Bhupathi. According to the reports Payal Rajput will make her entry during Interval and there is going to be so many twists and shocks during the run of the film. Managalavaram received an A certificate from the censor board and also faced some obligations to alter the lyrics for a song Appudappuda Thandra from the film. Since the makers feel that it is not appropriate to alter it they have decided to remove the song itself from the film and use it as promotional material.
145 min is the run time for the film. Sources say that Mangalavaram pre release business was made around 13 crores which is huge amount for a small movie. Cashing in its good buzz, The makers decided to go with paid premieres all over in AP, Telangana on November 16th evening.
