Fighter tops the latest OTT releases

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s film Fighter was launched on OTT during the week of March 22-28. Despite not meeting Box Office expectations, the movie has garnered widespread appreciation, as per the most recent rankings from Ormax Media. Fighter secured the first spot in the top three, with another Bollywood production claiming the third position on the list.

Siddharth Anand’s Fighter has emerged as the most adored movie of the week. Featuring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor, this captivating film has recently premiered on Netflix and garnered significant OTT platform viewership. Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film “Animal,” which previously held the top position, has now dropped to third place. Despite this, the movie remains a popular choice among viewers, maintaining its position in the top three for another week. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri, the film has been a hit in theaters and on OTT platforms since its release.

Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, and Vicky Kaushal’s Dunki has been excluded from the list, with the Telugu film Hanu-Man taking its place. This film, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, was initially intended as his comeback film. Hanu-Man is a cinematic adaptation of the epic mythology Ramayana. As the title suggests, the narrative revolves around a character resembling Lord Hanuman. The protagonist, Hanumanthu, possesses the same divine powers as Lord Hanuman and utilizes them to rescue people, much like the revered monkey deity. Teja Sajja portrays the role of Hanu-Man. Version. Raveena Tandon’s Patna Shuklla, produced by Arbaaz Khan, debuted on Disney+Hotstar this week, marking an extravagant release for an OTT film. The movie has garnered positive feedback from critics, and there are even talks of potential sequels, indicating the possibility of it evolving into a successful franchise.
