Excellent governance by Jagan says, MP Marghani Bharat

Konaseema Ambedkar roared with chants of ‘Jai Jagan’ today as YSRCP conducted its mega ‘Samajika Sadhikara’ bus yatra in the Kothapeta constituency today with several key leaders including MP Marghani Bharat, MP Pilli Subash Chandra Bose, Ministers Karmuri Nageswar Rao and Merugu Nagarjuna, MLA Pinipe Viswaroop, Kursala Kannababu in attendance.

The ruling party continues to keep the momentum around the bus yatra alive as the ‘Social Empowerment’ campaign leaps into the second phase. With the objective of informing people about work done by CM Jagan to empower and uplift the BC, SC, ST & Minority communities in the state in the last 53 months, the party leaders conducted mega rallies in more than 35 constituencies across the state and successfully penetrated YSRCP’s motto of social empowerment and justice.

While addressing the mega public meeting at Kothapeta, MP Marghani Bharat asked people to note all the revolutionary policies and schemes introduced by the AP government including the volunteer system, Rythu Bharosa Kendras, secretariat system, family doctor, revolutionary changes in education including distribution of tabs, installing Interactive Flat Panels, IB curriculum etc and called it an example of ‘excellent governance.’ ‘Our government has done excellent work on all fronts in the last four and a half years, be it health, agriculture or education sector, we have brought several reformative changes,’ he said.

Elaborating more about the development under Jagan, Minister Karumuri Nageshwar Rao pointed out the contrast in educational priorities for children in the state. He said, ‘While Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan preferred American education for their own children, they never cared about enhancing the education system being provided in government schools. However, under CM Jagan Mohan Reddy our government school students had the privilege to visit United Nations and World Bank. So many poor children from Andhra are today studying in international universities all thanks to CM Jagan.’

With ‘Aapu Babu Natakam’ song playing in the backdrop, Minister Venugopala Krishna condemned Chandrababu Naidu, stating that he misled the public of the state with false promises of loan waivers. He said, ‘Chandrababu Naidu will come to you in a new guise and try to fool you again, beware of him and don’t be misled.’ He further added that ‘Pawan Kalyan, who has joined hands with TDP is also coming in new guises only to flatter Chandrababu Naidu, he is not trustworthy.’

He ended the speech by emphasizing that Jagan Mohan Reddy’s administration, in contrast, was dedicated to the welfare of the people. Ex-minister Thota Trimurtulu, the In-charge of Kothapet Constituency, accused Chandrababu Naidu of selfish motives, asserting that Jagan Mohan Reddy’s governance was impartial and benefited both party’s supporters and non-voters.
