TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu speaks according to the situations and times. He lies always and never hesitates to lie. He is confident that peoples’ memory is too short and goes fearless in lying.
The latest is his speech in Kuppam where he said that he did not go to the BJP seeking alliance. On the other hand, he said that the BJP leaders have come to him seeking alliance and he agreed for it in the larger interests of the state and nation.
He made this statement during his interaction with the Muslim minorities in Kuppam. He told them that he does not pursue the politics of the BJP and asserted that there was no need for the minorities to worry about the alliance. He said he is a true secular leader and would protect the interests of the minorities.What is interesting point is that the BJP was not interested or never showed any interest in having alliance with the TDP. Chandrababu Naidu went to Delhi several times and held discussions with the BJP top leaders. He also made his own men in the BJP to lobby for him for the alliance.
All the former TDP leaders now in the BJP, including its AP unit president Daggubati Purandheswari lobbied for Chandrababu Naidu and the alliance with the TDP. There was a lot of pressure on the BJP national leadership from Chandrababu Naidu to have alliance with the party.Even Pawan Kalyan of Jana Sena also lobbied for alliance between the TDP and BJP. Pawan Kalyan made several appeals to the BJP top leaders to have alliance with the TDP. He went to Delhi twice in the past and met the BJP leaders. He requested them repeatedly to have alliance with the TDP.
While this being the fact, Chandrababu Naidu’s statement in Kuppam comes as shock for the BJP leaders. Even the onlookers are surprised to hear the statement from Chandrababu Naidu and he did not go to the BJP leaders for alliance.Naidu speaks lies and it was proved once again. It is to be seen how far the Musilm minorities would believe Chandrababu Naidu! Will they trust Chandrababu Naidu and vote him.
