Siddharth Anand, the director, released the film War in 2019, which may be unfamiliar to some. A sequel to War, titled War 2, is currently in the works. The main character in this action-thriller film is Kabir Dhaliwal, an Indian RAW agent who is seen as a rebellious figure. Kabir’s former protege, Khalid Rahmani, is assigned to apprehend him due to his expertise in the field. Kabir’s true intentions are revealed as the film progresses, while Khalid tries to capture him. The upcoming sequel will continue this storyline and incorporate elements from other spy movies in the YRF franchise, such as Pathaan and Tiger 3. In the latter film, Hrithik made a surprise appearance after the credits, hinting at an impending storm. Furthermore, this movie will mark Jr. NTR’s debut in a direct Hindi film and espionage genre.
