Actor Vijay Sethupathi, who recently appeared in the commercially successful film Maharaja, is said to join actor Manikandan in a forthcoming web series. Although there is considerable speculation on social media about this collaboration, an official confirmation has yet to be issued.
Manikandan and Vijay Sethupathi are remarkable figures in Tamil cinema. The latter has delivered a blockbuster film this year, Maharaja, and the former has received appreciation for his performance in Lover. Recently, there has been considerable excitement on social media regarding the development of a new series featuring these two talented individuals. The upcoming series is anticipated to be available on the Disney+ Hotstar streaming platform. However, details regarding the cast and crew remain limited at this time, adding to the mystery and anticipation. The series is reportedly titled Muthu Enkira Kattaan and is described as a rural action drama. An official announcement from the streaming service or confirmations from the actors have yet to be released. It will certainly be intriguing to see Manikandan and Vijay Sethupathi share the screen together for the first time. It is worth mentioning that Vijay Sethupathi had previously indicated his involvement in a web series directed by Manikandan, known for his works such as Kadaisi Vivasayi and Kaaka Muttai.
