The makers revealed the second song of the upcoming Telugu movie, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, yesterday evening. Titled Ullaasam, the soundtrack features Sanjith Hedge and Krishna Lasya Muthyala vocals. The music for this film was composed by renowned Malayali music director Jakes Bejoy. In the music video, the main stars, Nani and Priyanka Mohan, are depicted falling in love and enjoying each other’s company. The song caught the attention of netizens within a few hours of its release.
The one-minute, twenty-five-second teaser of the film, which was released a few months ago, delves into the theme of anger and its various forms of expression. While each individual showcases anger uniquely, the protagonist in the movie demonstrates it systematically and deliberately, limiting it to once a week. Furthermore, on Saturdays, we observe Nani, also known as Surya, venting his anger through physical violence against a few individuals. The teaser concludes with SJ Suryah, dressed as a police officer, uttering, “Happy Birthday, brother.”
Natural star Nani has been exploring various characters and genres in his films. He was previously seen in the action drama Dasara and the romantic family drama Hi Nanna. Additionally, Nani is set to collaborate with Saaho and Sujeeth, the renowned filmmaker. He will be seen in a family drama with Venu Yeldandi and an action drama with Sujeeth. Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, director Vivek Athreya’s second project with Nani after Ante Sundaraniki, is gearing up for a theatrical release soon. The movie is scheduled to hit the screens on August 29. Priyanka Arul Mohan plays the female lead in the action drama, while SJ Suryah portrays the antagonist. Following its theatrical run, Netflix acquired the digital streaming rights for a substantial amount. The film is expected to perform well at the box office after its release. Produced by DVV Entertainment, the same production house behind RRR and Pawan Kalyan’s OG, the film also features Sai Kumar in a supporting role.
