Turbo OTT arrival on this date?

Turbo, the high-octane action film featuring v in the lead, has emerged as the newest blockbuster from the Malayalam film industry in 2024. This movie, which brought together the megastar and filmmaker Vysakh after a considerable hiatus, is written and directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas. According to recent reports, the eagerly anticipated Mammootty starrer is set to premiere on Sony LIV. The latest information indicates that Turbo will be available for streaming on OTT platforms by the second week of July 2024.

According to the latest reports, Turbo is set to have its OTT premiere on the well-known streaming service Sony LIV on July 12, 2024. Therefore, it can be reasonably assumed that the film starring Mammootty will be accessible for streaming on the platform starting from midnight on Friday, July 12. Despite this, there has been no response from either Sony LIV or the production company Mammootty Kampany regarding these claims. Nevertheless, recent updates indicate that an official statement regarding the OTT release of Turbo and additional information will be made public in the coming days. Turbo was initially released exclusively in Malayalam when it premiered in theaters in May 2024. However, the film, starring Mammootty and written by the renowned writer-filmmaker Midhun Manuel Thomas, is anticipated to be available for streaming on Sony LIV in five different languages. Like recent Malayalam films on OTT platforms, the Vysakh-directed movie will also be dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. Turbo will be the second Mammootty film to be streamed on Sony LIV in 2024, following the successful period horror thriller Bramayugam.

Turbo is still being shown in all major cities of Kerala despite the release of Kalki 2898 AD. The film has made over Rs. 71 crore worldwide and has been declared a super hit despite a drop in collections in Kerala due to the early arrival of the monsoon season.
