These are the last elections to the TDP

These are the last elections to the opposition TDP, said deputy chief minister Narayana Swamy at Chittoor. He said that the TDP would be washed out of the political space in Andhra Pradesh after these elections.
Addressing series of election meetings in Chittoor district, Narayana Swamy said that people were not believing what TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu had promised in the election manifesto. He said that Chandrababu Naidu fools people in every election. He said that Naidu had promised total loan waiver for the farmers in 2014 general election. He had also promised loan waiver to the weavers’ community and the self-help group women.

However, after coming to power Chandrababu Naidu brought scale of finance and waived only Rs 1.5 lakh to the farmers. He completely ignored the weavers and the women, the deputy chief minister said.On the contrary, Chief Minister and the YSR Congress president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy had implemented 99.5 per cent of his election promises in the last five years. The election manifesto of YSR Congress for 2019 was available for the people everywhere, while the election manifesto of the TDP disappeared from the party offices and internet.

He said that Jagan Mohan Reddy had given jobs to 1.35 lakh youth in the state in the village and ward secretariats. Another 54,000 jobs were filled in the health department in the last five years, he said. The chief minister also brought a new law giving 75 per cent of jobs to the locals in industries. Accordingly, new jobs were given to the local people wherever new industries have come, he said. The chief minister had also provided over 6.48 lakh new jobs to the youth in contract and outsourcing departments, the deputy chief minister said.He said that people would teach a lesson to TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in this election. People were not ready to buy the lies of Chandrababu Naidu and his yellow team, he said.
