The Union is all set to arrive at Netflix from August 16th. The film stars Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry will certainly enthrall audiences , and the trailer, which was released a few weeks ago, has brought the required excitement around it.
The Union tells us the story of Mike, Whose high school ex-girlfriend Roxanne (Halle Berry) re-enters his life in an unexpected situation and creates panic in his peaceful working-class life. Roxanne once was his soulmate, and he always thought she would return to him in some way. It is also told that Mike and Roxanne were involved in an illicit romance during their time in high school. Mike has genuine feelings for Roxanne, but it is revealed that the latter’s intentions are different behind her re-entry. She is said to be an agent of the clandestine and somewhat unconventional government organization known as The Union.
Julian Farino is the director of The Union, which stars Mike Colter, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agate, Jessica De Gouw, Alice Lee, Jackie Earle Haley, and J. K. Simmons, from a screenplay by Joe Barton and David Guggenheim.
