The Indrani Mukerjea Story adds to the Crime-Docu series’ library on Netflix

The digital realm offers various entertainment options from multiple aspects of the film industry. While every fictional genre thrives on streaming platforms, true crime documentaries have carved out their own space on Netflix. The studio is again diving into true crime documentaries with their bold and highly anticipated project, The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth, set to premiere on February 23, 2024. This show will delve into the murder of Sheena Bora and the accused, Indrani, who allegedly conspired with her former husband, Sanjeev Khanna, second husband, Peter Mukerjea, and driver, Shyamvar Rai to commit the crime. Indrani was arrested in 2015 and was granted bail in May 2022. The docu-series is said to be narrated by Indrani Mukerjea herself and has been making headlines for quite some time.
