An experienced actor, Prashanth is highly optimistic about his forthcoming film, The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT), featuring the prominent Star/Actor Thalapathy Vijay. He expressed his immense enthusiasm for the opportunity to work alongside other renowned stars in the Tamil film industry for this project. It is common for movies focused on the fame of the main star to give little opportunity for other actors to stand out. Nevertheless, Prashanth expressed his confidence in not being overshadowed by Thalapathy Vijay, stating that the script by director Venkat Prabhu is extensive enough to showcase all actors effectively.
During a recent interview, Prashanth expressed his excitement about the film when Venkat Prabhu presented the story featuring Thalapathy Vijay, Prabhudeva, and himself. Prashanth vividly imagined the visual impact of the film. One of the remarkable aspects of the movie is that each actor has their own distinct space. Although it is undoubtedly a Thalapathy film, Prabhudeva and Prashanth have significant roles within it. The film is meticulously scripted and is shaping up exceptionally well.
Prashanth recently appeared in the Telugu film Vinaya Vidheya Rama (2019), where he portrayed a supporting character alongside Ram Charan. He has currently wrapped up shooting for an upcoming Tamil thriller called Andhagan, an official remake of the famous Bollywood film Andhadhun. This movie was written and directed by the experienced filmmaker-actor Thiagarajan, Prashanth’s father. Andhagan also features Karthik, Simran, Priya Anand, and Samuthirakani in prominent roles.
