Actor Satyam Rajesh’s most recent film, Tenant, did not manage to captivate most audiences when it was shown in theaters. Nevertheless, the release on OTT platforms received a positive response. The crime thriller, helmed by Y. Yungandhar, is back in the spotlight for a particular reason.
The film is currently accessible on Amazon Prime Video, but the recent announcement indicates that it will also be released on the Aha OTT platform from June 28, 2024, with the goal of expanding its viewership. Featuring Megha Chowdhury, Chandana Payyavula, Bharath Kanth, Esther, Aadukalam Naren, Chandu, and other prominent actors, Tenant is produced by Mogulla Chandrashekhar Reddy of Mahateja Creations. Sahityya Sagar serves as the music director.
The film tells the story of Goutham, a seasoned corporate professional with six years of work experience, who finds himself entangled in a troubled marriage. Within the same apartment complex, a young man and his girlfriend move in, adding a new dynamic to the community. As time goes on, Goutham begins to sense that something is amiss with his wife and suspects her of having an affair with a neighbor. Little does he know that the murder of his wife is somehow linked to the death of another young resident in the apartment.
