In a recent development, actor Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, known for his role as Kesava in the movie ‘Pushpa,’ is currently facing legal troubles. Following his arrest by the Punjagutta police under Section 306 (abetment to suicide), concerns have arisen within the production unit of ‘Pushpa 2.’ The arrest came after evidence was found on the phone of a junior artist who tragically took her own life, revealing instances of alleged harassment by Jagadeesh.

With the actor’s role integral to the ‘Pushpa’ series, the production unit is grappling with the unexpected turn of events. Jagadeesh has been sent to 14 days remand, posing a challenge for the film’s shooting schedule. Efforts are underway to secure bail for the actor, with the production team working towards a resolution after the completion of the remand period. Meanwhile, director Sukumar is reportedly adjusting the shoot by focusing on scenes that do not require Jagadeesh’s presence.

While the legal aspects surrounding Jagadeesh’s involvement in the tragic incident are yet to be investigated and proven in court, the ‘Pushpa 2’ team is currently prioritizing efforts to facilitate his return, ensuring a smooth continuation of the film’s production.
