Suriya and Rahman to reunite after eight years?

Suriya, the renowned actor from South Indian cinema, has made a great image across languages. The National Award winner always tried to experiment with the scripts despite being a star. The latest reports suggest that the actor will work with a relatively small director for his upcoming film. RJ Balaji, who turned into a filmmaker from RJ, is said to be the director of Suriya’s 45th film.

Reportedly, RJ Balaji narrated a story to Suriya, and the actor was very impressed with it. Another interesting news is the film will be celebrating the reunion of Oscar Award winner AR Rahman with Suriya. The actor-music director duo worked together last for the 24 (2016) movie. The inside reports suggest that even Rahman was also impressed by the script and said immediately okay to work on it. The project will be officially announced soon. Meanwhile, Suriya recently completed shooting his 44th untitled film under the direction of Karthik Subbaraj. As of now, he is all set to start the promotions of his upcoming Pan Indian film, Kangua, which is scheduled to be released in theaters worldwide on November 14, 2024.
