Stree 2 is having an outstanding run currently in the theaters. The film came very close to the 500 crores gross in India. While the audiences are enjoying the film very much, there is a small controversy going on on social media regarding the film’s credit.
A lot of social media handles and some box office trackers have credited starlet Shraddha Kapoor for the film’s gigantic success. While the fans are delighted that their favorite actress is getting the mileage, a section of netizens is not pleased with the over elevation for Shraddha. Aparshakti Khurana, who acted in a crucial role in. both Stree and Stree 2 spoke about the issue in an interview. The actor said that he does not want to create more controversy by commenting on the issue, but he claimed that what matters is the opinion of audiences and not the tactics of PR handles. But Aparshakti Khurana further said that he loves everyone in his movie’s team. Even the other artist in the film, Abhishek Banerjee, likewise said that popularity is a PR game nowadays, and he reiterated that Stree 2’s victory belongs to the entire team.
Meanwhile, Stree 2 is continuing its superb run at the box office. Produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios, the Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s movie has crossed 400 Crores net in India, and it has all the chances of becoming the highest grosser ever for Bollywood.
