After Prabhas and Jr NTR, it’s now time for Allu Arjun to showcase his power at the box office as the actor returns to the screen after working tirelessly for three consecutive years on the much-anticipated sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule.
The first installment introduced Allu Arjun as Pushparaj, a red sandalwood smuggler, portraying him in a rustic villager look. His mannerisms, attitude, and transformation from previous roles resonated with both audiences and fans, turning the film into a blockbuster at the box office. A pivotal moment in the story came when Fahadh Faasil’s character was introduced during the film’s gripping final 40 minutes, setting the stage for deeper exploration in the sequel.
Pushpa 2 is set to release on December 6, 2024, with just 50 days remaining. A new special poster was unveiled today, featuring Allu Arjun in a royal avatar with a gangster vibe, exuding a wild and fierce presence.
Reports suggest that trailer preparations are already underway and will be unveiled soon. It remains to be seen whether the promotional campaign will adopt Bollywood-style strategies with an early trailer release or if the trailer will drop closer to the theatrical premiere.
