Vikas Bahl, the renowned filmmaker, came up with his latest movie, a captivating supernatural thriller titled “Shaitaan” starring Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, and R Madhavan. This highly anticipated film was released on March 8, 2024, and has received positive feedback ever since. “Shaitaan” garnered an impressive opening of Rs 15 crore at the box office. Subsequently, it continued its successful run by amassing over Rs 19 crore on the second day. On the third day, the film has been able to collect over 20 Crores net at the domestic box office.
Shaitaan has maintained its successful run at the box office, with the Vikas Bahl-directed film grossing more than Rs 50 crore within three days of its release. On the third day, the movie starring Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan raked in over Rs 20 crore, bringing the total box office earnings of Shaitaan to Rs 54 crores Net in India. The gross of the film for three days will be over 64 crores. It is anticipated that Shaitaan will likely join the Rs 100 crore club if its successful streak at the box office persists for some more days.
The main cast of the film consists of Ajay Devgn, Jyothika, and R Madhavan. Ajay portrays the character of Kabir Rishi, while Jyothika takes on the role of his wife, Jyoti Rishi. Madhavan, on the other hand, plays the character of Vanraj Kashyap. As for Janki Bodiwala, she appears as Janvhi, the on-screen daughter of Ajay and Jyothika. In regard to Shaitaan’s plot, the movie centers on Vanraj Kashyap’s disruptive influence on Kabir and Jyoti’s family life.
