Samantha is currently focusing on nationwide projects. Her upcoming appearance will be in the web series Citadel, helmed by Raj and DK. It has been previously mentioned by the inner industry circles that Samantha has agreed to work on another web series with the same director, with the director-duo taking on the role of producers this time around.
Samantha is set to star opposite the popular Aditya Roy Kapoor in a romantic role, and Wamiqa Gabbi will also accompany the former stars in this series. The upcoming series has been revealed to be a fantasy drama set in a futuristic setting, with a significant budget allocated for its production. The pre-production phase has been completed, and Samantha is scheduled to begin filming in August of this year. Titled “Rakth Brahmand,” the series will be helmed by director Rahi Anil.
Samantha recently unveiled a new project of hers through a captivating poster. The film, titled ‘Maa Inti Bangaram,’ is being produced under the Tralala Moving Pictures banner. Further details are still kept under wraps. Aditya Roy Kapoor, who made headlines due to his secretive split with actress Ananya Panday, was last seen in the movie ‘Gumraah’ playing a dual role and in the series ‘The Night Manager.’ His upcoming film ‘Metro…In Dino’ is currently in the filming stage.
