Ramayana: Ranbir Kapoor completes 90% of shoot for the epic

The makers of Ramayana, the upcoming epic, have roped in a huge ensemble of cast for the film. It is widely known that the film will be led by Ranbir Kapoor, and it has Sai Pallavi, Yash, and Sunny Deol in pivotal parts. Director Nitesh Tiwari is making sure that he is 100 percent sure of the film’s quality being perfect, and he is confident that this timeless story of Good vs. Evil will once again impress audiences.

The latest reports from Bollywood media suggest that Ranbir Kapoor, the star actor, has completed 90% of Ramayana: Part One’s shoot. The filming started in March 2024. The inside reports have it that the team had a lot of dates for the actor to play the character of Lord Ram, and he has finished the shooting ahead of expected time. Ranbir will move on to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War after completing the shoot of Ramayana. Reportedly, Nitesh Tiwari and his team are making an introduction video for the epic film and will release it shortly. Yash, who plays the role of Ravana, will join the film’s shoot in December 2024.

Sunny Deol will be seen as Lord Hanuman in the film, and he will take part in the shoot in 2025 Summer. It is being said that the veteran actor has allotted a huge number of dates for the film’s shoot. There are also a lot of exciting names appearing in the list of this epic film’s cast, but the official announcement is still yet to be made. Ramayana: Part One is expected to hit the screens in mid-2026.
