The Quizzer of the Year (QOTY) competition consists of five rounds. The first round is called QOTY Daily, followed by QOTY Select in the second round. The third round is QOTY City I, while the fourth round is QOTY City II. The final round is known as QOTY Finals. Participants have the opportunity to win various prizes throughout the competition. Daily prizes, such as gift cards and merchandise, can be won by answering questions correctly. Weekly prizes, including laptops and tablets, are awarded to those who answer questions correctly and achieve high scores on the weekly leaderboards. Monthly prizes, such as smartphones and scholarships, are given to participants who answer questions correctly and perform well on the monthly leaderboards. The grand prizes for the Quizzer of the Year include an educational scholarship worth Rs. 1 crore (approximately $130,000) and the prestigious title of Quizzer of the Year.
