Aha Video, the Telugu OTT Platform, continuously produces and releases multiple shows. Additionally, it has commenced streaming popular Malayalam blockbusters in Telugu. Premalu is a notable film available on Aha Video since April 12, 2024. With only a few exceptions, this romantic drama has remained at the top of the charts until now.
Despite numerous streaming releases, Premalu has maintained its position at the top of the Aha charts. This is a unique occurrence, as a Malayalam-dubbed film has never before achieved this level of success in the Telugu market. Karthikeya, son of SS Rajamouli, introduced Premalu to the Telugu audience, resulting in Gross Collections of around Rs 15 crore during its entire theatrical run. Following Premalu is My Dear Donga, an Aha original production. Shalini Kondepudi and Abhinav Gomatam play the lead roles in this film, which currently holds the second spot on Aha’s top 10 trending list. My Dear Donga has garnered immense love from viewers on Aha, contributing to a significant increase in subscriptions for the platform, similar to Premalu. Since its release on Aha, My Dear Donga has continued to gain popularity with each passing day.
The game show Sarkaar 4 takes the third spot on the list. Although game shows on Aha Video have garnered little attention, the arrival of Sudigali Sudheer on the OTT platform has brought about a positive change. Sudheer is now hosting the fourth season of the game show, and two episodes have already been released. The third episode’s promotional video has gained significant popularity on YouTube over the past few days. Sudheer’s exceptional hosting skills have sparked extensive conversations and propelled Aha to regain its leading position. Moving forward, Aha has planned to dub more Malayalam films into Telugu, as they have received substantial attention on the renowned Telugu OTT platform.
