Premalu movie’s Telugu version crossed 100k$ in the USA. It is widely known that Premalu, a romantic comedy in Malayalam, has been making waves at the box office in Kerala for a month. Despite tough competition from other big releases in February, like Bramayugam starring Mammootty and the runaway hit Manjummel Boys directed by Chidambaram, Premalu has managed to hold its ground. Directed by Girish AD and featuring Mamitha Baiju and Naslen K Gafoor, the film has also succeeded in Telugu. The Telugu-dubbed version of the film was officially released on Friday, March 8, and has been warmly received by the audience. The film collections saw a constant rise after day one, and what is more surprising is that the numbers on day 4 are bigger than those on day 1.

The narrative of Premalu primarily takes place in Hyderabad and revolves around Sachin, a young man who finds himself in Telangana after a string of unfortunate events. He develops feelings for an IT professional and chooses to remain in the city for her. The movie is brought to life by the production efforts of Fahadh Faasil and Dileesh Pothan, under the esteemed Bhavana Studios. Premalu presents a skilled group of actors including Althaf Salim, Shyam Mohan M., Akhila Bhargavan, Meenakshi Raveendran, Sangeeth Prathap, and Shameer Khan, among other renowned performers. This charming movie is categorized as a romantic comedy and boasts a screenplay co-written by Gireesh and Kiran Josey. The creative team responsible for Premalu consists of Ajmal Sabu as the cinematographer, Akash Joseph Varghese as the editor, and Vishnu Vijay as the music composer.
