Prathinidhi Part Two gets a New Release Date

Despite a minor delay, Nara Rohit’s political action thriller Prathinidhi 2 is still in the running for a summer release. Initially scheduled for April’s final week, the movie’s release was postponed for unknown reasons. However, audiences can now look forward to Prathinidhi 2 hitting the theaters on May 10th. With its portrayal of the current political climate, releasing the film just before the elections demonstrates a strategic move. Currently, the makers have unveiled a teaser, a trailer, and even a song.

As it is based on current politics, it was inevitable that the film would face the Censor issues. Nara Rohit, the nephew of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, was previously a reliable actor in the Telugu film industry. He starred in numerous films and gained recognition for bringing fresh narratives to Telugu cinema. However, he has been absent from the limelight for the past six years or so. Now, he is set to make a comeback with Prathinidhi 2, a film directed by the renowned TV journalist Murthy Devagupthapu. This marks his directorial debut in the industry.

Kumar Raza Bathula, Anjaneyulu Sri Thota, and Surendranath Bollineni have collaborated under Vanara Entertainments and Rana Arts banners to produce Prathinidhi 2. This film narrates the tale of an ordinary citizen who takes the state leader hostage, seeking accountability for the government’s unfulfilled promises. With Vanara Entertainments and Rana Arts at the helm, Prathinidhi 2 stands out as a captivating movie during this Election period.
