Partner, a Tamil science-fiction comedy film released in 2023 featuring Aadhi Pinisetty and Hansika Motwani, can now be streamed on Aha Tamil. The platform made the announcement on social media. Manoj Damodharan directed this, marking his directorial debut. Additionally, Partner is also accessible on another digital platform called OTTplay Premium. The movie premiered in cinemas on August 25, 2023, garnering a variety of reviews. It also received a tepid reception at the box office. Partner can now be streamed on Aha Tamil.
Partner revolves around the lives of two inseparable companions who make a living through their illicit activities. During one of their escapades, they decide to target a scientist, but their plan takes an unexpected turn when one of them becomes trapped in the scientist’s experiments. This unfortunate incident results in the trapped thief transforming into a human being. The remainder of the movie delves into the comedic mishaps that ensue following this transformation. With a runtime of two hours and two minutes, the film features an ensemble cast including Aadhi Pinisetty, Hansika Motwani, Yogi Babu, Pallak Lalwani, Pandiarajan, Robo Shankar, John Vijay, Ravi Mariya, Tiger Thangadurai, Munishkanth, Rajendran, Myna Nandhini, and Lollu Sabha Manohar, all portraying significant roles. The film was made under the Royal Fortuna Creations production, with cinematography by Shabeer Ahammed and editing by Pradeep E Ragav. V Sasikumar took charge of the art direction, while Billa Jagan oversaw the coordination of stunts.
In the meantime, Aadhi is currently involved in the production of the Tamil-Telugu horror movie Sabdham, which is being written and directed by filmmaker Arivazhagan Venkatachalam. This duo has previously collaborated on the 2009 horror film Earam. The release date for the upcoming film has not been disclosed yet. Additionally, Sabhdam features renowned actors Simran, Lakshmi Menon, and other talented individuals.
