The political parties in Andhra Pradesh are scared of giving ticket to Narsapuram MP K Raghurama Krishnam Raju for his indiscipline and anti-party activities. He revolted against YSR Congress and its chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy just months after his election.He had been taking a dig at Jagan Mohan Reddy for the past five years. He is a known betrayer of the party and its leadership. His revolt was very violent in opposing the party that had given him ticket to be elected to Lok Sabha.
The party leaders believe that he would do the same thing to their parties if ticket is given to him. They are also worried about the way he had been talking about his ticket for the past one week. He abused TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu for not giving him ticket. He also blamed the BJP state leadership for not giving him a ticket from Narsapuram.Even before getting the party ticket, Raghurama Krishnam Raju he is trying to dictate terms to the TDP and is commanding the TDP to give him the ticket. He expects that it was the responsibility of Chandrababu Naidu to give him ticket.He also questions the rationale behind joining any party. He said that there was no need for him to join any political party. He quoted the BJP giving ticket to Varaprasad in Tirupati Lok Sabha seat and to Krishna Prasad in Bapatla by the TDP. He said that these two leaders did not join the party officially but were given ticket.
Similarly, he was expecting the political parties, both the BJP and the TDP, to give him ticket even without him joining the parties. He said that joining the political party was just a formality and it was not a condition.The big question now is that will the BJP or the TDP give the party ticket to Raghurama Krishnam Raju from Narsapuram Lok Sabha constituency even without joining the party! Will they accept his indiscipline and revolt nature!Even if they give him the ticket, will he remain a loyal leader or will he revolt against them as he did in the case of YSR Congress and Jagan Mohan Reddy! These are to be seen in the days to come.
