Mukesh Khanna, the actor who portrayed the iconic superhero, expressed his disbelief in the idea of someone like Ranveer stepping into the shoes of Shaktimaan.

Mukesh pointed out that some well-known actors may struggle to fully embody the role due to their existing public image. In 2022, Sony Pictures India announced the film adaptation of India’s original superhero Shaktimaan.
