Mrunal Thakur acquires two apartments from Kangana Ranaut’s Family. According to the reports, famous Indian actress Mrunal Thakur and her father, Udaysingh Bhatesingh Thakur, have recently purchased two flats in Oberoi Springs, Andheri West. The sale deed documents reveal that they bought one apartment for ₹ five crore from Akshat Deep Ranaut, who is the brother of Kangana Ranaut, and another apartment for ₹ five crore from Amar Deep Singh Ranaut, who is Kangana Ranaut’s father.
The registration documents indicate that the apartments were registered on January 25, 2024. The first apartment has an area of 94.46 sq m, and a stamp duty of ₹30 lakh was paid. The second apartment has a size of 92.66 sq m, and a stamp duty of ₹30 lakh was also paid for it. It is worth mentioning that Oberoi Springs consists of residential towers with 35 stories each and offers 2.5 BHK units. Interestingly, Mrunal Thakur currently resides in the same housing complex. Neither the builder nor the actor has provided any comments regarding this transaction.
Regarding her career, Mrunal Thakur is known for her work in both Hindi and Telugu films. She started her acting journey with television soap operas such as Mujhse Kuchh Kehti…Yeh Khamoshiyaan (2012) and Kumkum Bhagya (2014–2016). Her Hindi film debut was in Love Sonia (2018), and she gained recognition for her roles in the 2019 biographical films Super 30 and Batla House. Mrunal’s career went to the next level with her Telugu debut, Sita Ramam, followed by Hi Nanna. Both films gave the actress tons of love from South Indian cinema audiences.
