Mr Bachchan 7 Days Collections

Mr Bachchan turned out to be a colossal disaster at the box office. It is widely known that Mass Maharaja Raviteja and Director Harish Shankar collaborated for the third time in their career with the latest action entertainer, Mr Bachchan. The film was released on August 15th on the occasion of Independence Day. The makers of the film arranged Paid Premieres on the evening of August 14th, which turned out to be a suicidal decision for them.

The talk from the premieres was worst, to say the least, which affected Mr Bachchan’s openings on the first day, and the film crashed on the second day itself and could not use the advantage of the extended weekend. Many trade experts and industry insiders believe that it was a stupid idea to have paid premieres when the film was being released on a National Holiday. Perhaps the producers of Mr Bachchan could have arranged early shows at 5 AM on the release day itself, which would have allowed them to get good openings at the box office.

For 7 Days, Mr. Bachchan could not even cross the double-digit, and it gathered around 9 Crores Gross at the worldwide box office. This result has come across as a shock to everyone involved with the film. Raviteja’s last hit at the box office was Dhamaka, which was released in 2022 December and after that he never saw a successful film as a solo hero. Harish Shankar came back with Mr Bachchan after a five year hiatus and sadly his film became a miserable failure.
