He has clarified that he will not be reprising his role as Munna Bhaiya, as the character met his demise in the final episode of Mirzapur Season 2. Nevertheless, some believe this statement may be part of a non-disclosure agreement, and the actor could be keeping the truth under wraps. Divyenndu mentioned that Munna Bhaiya was a source of trouble for him. He expressed confidence that Mirzapur will become an iconic show due to its exceptional script. Surprisingly, he revealed that he was initially approached to play Babloo, portrayed by Vikrant Massey, not Munna Bhaiya. However, the makers later decided that he was better suited for the role of Munna.
