Manjummel Boys, the all-time highest grosser of Malayalam cinema, was one of the surprise big hits at the box office last year. The film received rave reviews and stunning collections at the box office, and it also did well business in Tamil Nadu and Telugu states as well. The survival thriller is all set to premiere in India at the KinoBravo International Mainstream Film Festival, which will be held in Sochi, Russia, from September 28 to October 4, 2024.
The red carpet screening of the film will be held on September 30, 2024, followed by a festival screening on October 1, 2024. The interesting thing is Manjummel Boys is the first ever Malayalam film to be featured in this festival. Released in 2024, Manjummel Boys is a survival thriller that is based on actual incidents. Written and directed by Chidambaram, the film stars Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Vargheese, Ganapathi S.Poduval, Lal Jr., Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman, Shebin Benson, and others. Soubin Shahir, Babu Shahir, and Shawn Antony produced the film under the Parava Films banner.
Coming to KinoBravo Film Festival, it works with the intention to bring national blockbusters in their respective home countries and promote them at the international markets. Meanwhile, All We Imagine as Light will be screened in the Out of Competition: Festival Hits list, while RRR will be screened in the Out of Competition: Blockbuster Hits category.
