Originally scheduled for release on December 8th, 2023, the film faced a sudden delay for undisclosed reasons.
While the film’s genre made it an ideal candidate for a Republic Day release on January 26th, 2024, the makers opted for a different strategy.
The official announcement now confirms that “Operation Valentine” is slated to hit theaters on February 16th, 2024.
The shift in release date raises questions about missed opportunities, especially considering the potential synergy with the patriotic theme coinciding with Republic Day.
Whether this move was influenced by external factors, such as the Bollywood project “Fighter” starring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor, is open to speculation.
Regardless, all eyes will be on Varun Tej and the makers to see if “Operation Valentine” achieves success when it finally launches in February 2024.
