Punjabi actor Ammy Virk became popular in Bollywood with recent releases like Bad Newzz (Starring Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri) and Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein. Before both these movies, Ammy Virk acted in a Punjabi film called Kudi Haryane Val Di, which was released in theaters. Made as a romantic drama, the film also stars Sonam Bajwa. Kudi Haryane Val Di is now preparing for its OTT debut.
Kudi Haryane Val Di will be available to stream on the Chaupal Platform on September 5, 2024. The film will also be available on another digital platform called OTT Play Premium. Upon its theatrical release, the film received positive reviews. Besides Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa, the film also stars Yashpal Sharma, Ajay Hooda, Yograj Singh, Hardeep Gill, Honey Mattu, and Seema Kaushal in crucial roles.
The film tells the story of Amardeep, who dreams of becoming a cricketer. He meets Meera, who wants to be a wrestler. Amardeep falls in love with Meera, and he is inspired by her passion and discovers his true talent in wrestling. The rest of the story is about how Amardeep succeeds in wrestling and wins the love of Meera.
