Khel Khel Mein completes a disappointing first week at the box office. The film opened to a somewhat decent response from reviewers and audiences. However, it failed to get going at the ticket windows. Khel Khel Mein minted 5 Crores net in India on day 1 and from then on, it has been a downward journey for the film.
Khel Khel Mein has collected 1 Crore net on its seventh day. For 7 days, the comedy drama could only gather 18 Crores net and 21 Crores Gross in India. Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 has shown a clear-cut domination over Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham, Sharvari’s Vedaa. Both the films could not bring audiences to the theaters.
Apart from Akshay Kumar, Khel Khel Mein stars Vaani Kapoor, Pragya Jaiswal, Fardeen Khan, Tapsee Pannu, Ammy Virk and Aditya Seal in the lead roles. Muddasir Aziz directed the film. Khel Khel Mein is the third flop for Akshay Kumar this year after Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Sarfira.
