The release date of the third season of Tamil campus drama, Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal has been revealed. The OTT giant Disney Plus Hot Star will premiere it on August 30. This adds to the Tamil original content of the OTT platform.
The first season of Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal was telecasted in Star Vijay Channel in 2006. The serial was a good hit and loved by the audiences. Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal has a backdrop of a school campus and shows the lives of a bunch of students as they go through the phase of teenage. Disney Plus Hot Star released the second season on August 21, 2023.
After two successful seasons, Disney Plus Hot Star is bringing Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal’s third season on August 30, 2024. The show is written and directed by a team including Ramesh, Bharathi, Jaswini, Shiva Aravind, Manoj, Chidambaram Manivanman. Shakti Sree Gopalan composed the music. Along with Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal, Disney Plus Hot Star also has other Tamil original content like Chutney Sambar starring Yogi Babu, and My Perfectt Husband of Sathyaraj.
