The first update is that filming will commence in June, and the second update is the official title of the film, which is Hukum.

Pre-production activities are scheduled to commence in June, with filming set to begin towards the end of 2024, following the completion of Shivaji-star’s work on Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Thalaivar 171. Hukum, also known as Jailer 2, is anticipated to be released in early 2025.
