Jagan, Naidu to tour cyclone-hit areas today

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and leader of opposition N Chandrababu Naidu are touring the cyclone-hit areas today. While the chief minister is scheduled to tour Tirupati and Bapatla districts,Chandrababu Naidu is touring Guntur and Bapatla districts.

The two leaders would visit the damaged crops, tanks and meet the victims. They would also talk to the people on the cyclone preparedness by the state government.

Jagan Mohan Reddy would visit Balireddy Palem in Vakadu mandal of Tirupati. He would also visit the damaged Swarnamukhi tank and talk to the farmers. He would also visit the damaged crops in the area and hold talks with the farmers.

Later, he would visit Marrupoluvaripalem village of Bapatla district and talk to the people there. Then he would proceed to Patanandayapalem village of Karlapalem mandal in Bapatla district.

Meanwhile, Chandrababu Naidu would tour Tenali region and meet the cyclone victims. He would also visit the damaged crops during his tour. He is scheduled to move to Bapatla district and visit several places and hold talks with the victims. He would also stay in Bapatla district for the night to start his next tour in Prakasam district tomorrow.
