However, the filmmakers salvaged the situation by unveiling the trailer for Indian 3 at the conclusion of Indian 2. The online community has shown great enthusiasm for the first look of Indian 3, even though its official release is still pending.

It has now been revealed that Indian 2 served merely as a preview for the third installment. This trailer can soothe the viewers who were left in awe after watching #Indian2. If you plan on watching Indian 2, make sure not to skip the post-credit scene as it will have a healing effect like medicine,” a fan’s comment stated. “I happened to see #Indian2 twice. The only positive aspects were the cinematography and the trailer for Indian 3,” a social media user wrote. “A poorly executed sequel to an iconic film. According to the latest information, Indian 3, featuring Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal in the leading roles, is anticipated to be released in cinemas during the first three months of 2025. There are rumors that the producers, Lyca Productions, are eager to launch the much-awaited movie in January 2025, possibly as a special release for Republic Day. However, an official statement about this will only be issued after Director Shankar and his team complete the remaining post-production tasks.
