Starting on July 9, the movie will be available to stream on Aha Tamil and another platform called OTTplay Premium. Crafted by Sooryakathir Kaakkallar and K Karthikeyan, former assistants of renowned filmmaker KS Ravikumar, the movie promises to captivate the audience with its unique storyline and direction.
Hit List is an action-packed thriller centered on a man who initially opts for non-violence. Nevertheless, when a mysterious individual takes his mother and daughter captive, he is compelled to follow through with his demands, which includes taking the lives of others. The narrative unfolds as the man strives to rescue his family, all the while uncovering the hidden motives of the enigmatic figure. In addition to Sarathkumar, the movie also includes actors Vijay Kanishka, Samuthirakani, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Munishkanth, Redin Kingsley, Sithara, Smruthi Venkat, Aishwariya Dutta, and others. Vijay Kanishka makes his acting debut in this film. Veteran filmmaker KS Ravikumar produces Hit List under the production banner R K Celluloids.
Sooryakathir Kaakkallar is credited with writing the screenplay and dialogue for the film, while Devaraj is the one who penned the story. The technical team includes C Sathya’s music, K Ramcharan’s cinematography, and John Abraham’s editing. Hit List is the latest addition to the 2024 Tamil films lineup on Aha, as the streaming platform has secured the post-theatrical rights for a variety of Tamil films, such as Rasavathi, Romeo, Hot Spot, Kurangu Pedal, Vadakkupatti Ramasamy, and Haraa.
